  • Wholesale orders are available only to verified online business owners.
  • Relaxofit reserves the right to request business verification documents before approving wholesale orders.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • MOQ will vary depending on the product category.
  • Wholesale buyers are required to discuss MOQ and pricing with Relaxofit in advance before placing orders.
  • Orders may be placed through our website or via official email communication.

3. Pricing & Discounts

  • Wholesale buyers are entitled to special discounted rates depending on product category and order volume.
  • Tiered discounts may apply for larger orders.
  • Wholesale buyers are free to set their own retail prices (no minimum advertised price restrictions).

4. Payments

  • Payments may be made on a partial or full advance basis, depending on product type and agreement terms.
  • All wholesale orders are strictly prepaid (via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available for wholesale orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All wholesale shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.
  • Relaxofit does not offer free shipping for wholesale orders.
  • Buyers may arrange their own logistics or request assistance from Relaxofit’s partnered carriers (if available).

6. Returns & Replacements

  • Wholesale orders are considered final sale.
  • Relaxofit does not accept returns or issue refunds for wholesale orders, including defective or damaged products.
  • To ensure product quality, wholesale buyers may request sample/demo products before placing bulk orders.
  • Any issues with shipments (shortages, damages during transit, etc.) must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

7. Exclusivity

  • Relaxofit may grant exclusive wholesale rights in certain regions or cities, based on order commitments and agreements.
  • Exclusivity terms must be discussed and confirmed in writing before granting.

8. Branding & Marketing

  • White-labeling or rebranding may be allowed depending on product type and deal conditions.
  • Wholesale buyers are permitted to use Relaxofit’s product images, descriptions, and marketing materials for reselling purposes.
  • Any modification or misuse of Relaxofit branding without permission is prohibited.

9. Termination of Wholesale Account

Relaxofit reserves the right to suspend or terminate a wholesale relationship if:

  • Payment terms are violated
  • Fraudulent or misleading activities are detected
  • Branding guidelines are misused
  • Business ethics or contract terms are breached

10. Governing Law

This Wholesale Policy is governed by the laws of India. In the event of disputes, jurisdiction will be decided based on the agreement with the wholesale buyer. By default, it falls under the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise specified in the wholesale contract.
