  • Payments are accepted via PhonePe, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All payments must be completed at checkout unless COD is chosen.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver only within India.
  • Average delivery time is 5–7 business days; however, delays may occur due to logistics or supplier issues.
  • Shipping is handled either directly by our suppliers or by Relaxofit, depending on the product.
  • Relaxofit is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Eligible reasons:
    • Damaged product on arrival
    • Wrong item received
    • Customer change of mind
  • Return window: Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (for COD orders, via bank transfer/UPI).
  • Shipping/return costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is on Relaxofit’s part.
