1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 5 days of product delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Products for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for products with a valid reason such as:
    • Damaged or defective product on arrival
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Product not as described
  • Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., health monitoring devices, personal care products).

3. Condition of Returned Products

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
  • In some cases, used products may be accepted for return if the defect or damage is confirmed by Relaxofit.

4. Ineligible Returns

  • Returns due to customer’s personal preference or change of mind are not accepted.
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence, misuse, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of any technical issues or failure in the original method, refunds will be processed via UPI transfer.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 15–30 business days. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

7. Return Shipping

  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by Relaxofit in case of wrong, defective, or damaged products.
  • If the return is due to other valid reasons, Relaxofit reserves the right to evaluate responsibility for return shipping charges.

8. Refunds for COD Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI, as per the customer’s preference.
  • Customers must provide accurate bank/UPI details for successful processing.
